OnTheCrest
Consulting was founded by Peter Haskell, who conceived the
firm literally on the crest of a California mountain, during
a sabbatical in 2000. After 20 years of consulting, Peter saw his work, and that of his colleagues,
as taking clients to the crest of their 'mountain' and
providing tools for realizing their vision. OnTheCrest
assists both individuals and teams in clarifying their goals
and translating them into viable actions.

GUY
LEFLAR |
|
An
Expert in Commitment
Guy Leflar works with business organizations to
help them build and retain a committed workforce.
His belief is that the best quality work comes
from intrinsic motivation rather than the series
of rewards and punishments that are frequently
used today, to obtain compliance. During his
career, Guy has helped numerous companies build
people systems (pay systems, career development
systems, etc.) that support employees as they
strive to produce excellence. These people systems
enable employees to work, not for some
manipulative incentive, but for an organization
they are proud to be a part of and for their own
personal sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. |
